The short answer is yes as long as the THC concentrate is less then .03 percent. Like every law each state or county has different rules.

There are two main type of cbd oil.

1. CBD Oil made from the cannabis plant, this type of cbd oil is called full specturm cbd oil and has the focus of many States currently as to be illegal. The State of California just made full specturm cbd oil ilegal this means anything made with cannabis plant full specturm cbd is now ilegal to purchase as over the counter product. All dispensary and medical marijuana states use full specturm cbd oil which would be legal to purchase.

2. Hemp based cbd oil, Hemp based CBD oil is legal in all 50 States as long as this commerical based cbd oil has less then .03 THC and has been lab tested for purity. So if you are looking for over counter cbd make sure your cbd catridge cbd gummies , are hemp based products.
